Build your endurance with the ROOKIE 12-Week extension program. This training program is designed for those with little or no experience in endurance training. This program will help you get started on your endurance training journey. You just choose the most suitable training format for endurance training. For best results, it is recommended to use the program in combination with the ROOKIE 6-Week Program.
Program includes
- A 12-week progressive endurance training program, including 4-5 workouts per week.
- Training hours 4-7.5h/week
- 3 different strength programs
- Comprehensive instructions for implementing the exercise program
- A list of the types of exercises you will do during the program
- Once you complete the program, you can challenge yourself with more demanding programs.
