shows that there is a substantially important and justified reason for the processing that overrides

the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or if it is necessary to prepare a legal claim,

to present or defend.


If personal data is processed for direct marketing, the data subject has the right at any time

object to the processing of personal data about him for such marketing, including

profiling when it is related to such direct marketing.


The right not to be subject to automated decisions


The registrant has the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on
