How can I start personal coaching?

Book your free consultation appointment, fill out a preliminary information form when making the appointment. During the meeting, we will go over issues related to coaching, after which we will decide on how to proceed.

Do I need to have previous experience with endurance training?

No need for that. You can start personal coaching even without any training experience.

Will the coaching take place completely remotely?

Yes. The coaching is mainly done remotely, using a specially designed coaching system with an easy-to-use mobile application. Through the application, you can easily view the training program, instructions and other materials, and keep in touch with the coach.

How quickly can I start?

The fastest time to start coaching is when we have had a consultation meeting and have agreed to the coaching in the meeting, including matters related to the practice, e.g. contractual matters. After this, we can start coaching immediately.
