Develop your endurance with the INTERMEDIATE training program. This training program is designed for those who do endurance training occasionally or have experience in other sports. You just choose the most suitable training format for endurance training.
Program includes
- 6-week progressive endurance training program, including 5 workouts per week
- Practice hours 5.5-9h/week
- 3 different levels of circuit training programs
- One strength program + additional movements
- Comprehensive instructions for implementing the exercise program
- A list of the types of exercises you will perform during the program
- After completing the program, it is recommended to use the 12-week INTERMEDIATE follow-up program for best results.
