Build your endurance with the INTERMEDIATE 12-week extension program. This training program is designed for those who do endurance training occasionally or have experience in other sports. You simply choose the most suitable training format for endurance training. For best results, it is recommended to use the program in combination with the INTERMEDIATE 6-week program.
Program includes
- A 12-week progressive endurance training program, including 5-6 workouts per week.
- Practice hours 6-12h/week
- 3 different strength programs
- Comprehensive instructions for implementing the exercise program
- A list of the types of exercises you will do during the program
- Once you complete the program, you can challenge yourself with more demanding programs.
