Build your endurance with the ROOKIE training program. This training program is designed for those with little or no experience in endurance training. This program will help you get started on your endurance training journey. You just choose the most suitable training format for endurance training for you.

Program includes

  • 6-week progressive endurance training program, including 4 workouts per week
  • Training hours 4.5-6.5h/week
  • 3 different levels of circuit training programs
  • One strength program + additional movements
  • Comprehensive instructions for implementing the training
  • A list of the types of exercises you will do during the program
  • After completing the program, it is recommended to use the 12-week ROOKIE follow-up program for best results.
